1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bd245 ("bd245", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bd245 website located at https://bd245.io and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

3 Account Management

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the bd245 Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bd245 supports a range of payment methods tailored to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposits: All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. bd245 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Funds will only be returned to a payment method previously used to deposit into your account, or to a verified method registered in your name. bd245 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing withdrawals. bd245 reserves the right to carry out anti-money laundering ("AML") checks before processing any withdrawal. Where AML checks are initiated, the withdrawal may be temporarily held pending the outcome of the investigation. bd245 may report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

• bd245 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• Chargebacks or disputes raised with a payment provider without first contacting bd245 support will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• bd245 reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is linked to fraudulent activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bd245 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, as published on the Platform at the time of the offer. In addition, the following general bonus terms apply to all offers unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.

6 Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. bd245 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where the Platform has made a clear and demonstrable error.
• bd245 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, where a technical error resulted in odds being published that were materially inconsistent with the market at the time.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, bd245's decision, made after review of available evidence, is final and binding.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering or operating more than one account.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bd245 staff or other players through any communication channel.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd245 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

bd245 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability. bd245 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from downtime.

bd245's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
